Loved that its rooms had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a coffee machine. Nice place for exploring Bloomington.
Courteous stuff, breakfasts are amazing. For evening drinks visit Cowboy Jacks, it is located within 15 minutes by foot.
There was nothing I liked.
I was unhappy our entire trip. We arrived thinking we were getting a two bedroom suit only to walk into an overpriced double bed room. The breakfast was not good other then the made to order omelet. We could have stayed the the locatio . Near the airport for a cheaper price and more beautiful location. I advise booking to ask the hotel for actual pictures of their location because it is nothing like the photo. We had to call for clean towels even after giving them our dirty ones two days in a row. We stayed at the embassy suits in Atlanta and it was beautiful nothing like this location. I feel my score should be lower. Due to the room mix up that they completely blamed on booking they gave us a small discount not the discount we asked for.
Everything was great!
I had to contact front desk three times for extra pillows and blankets.
I liked that it was always clean, also that they had great breakfast, and then the best part was that they had a ride called the shuttle. I took us to the mall of America and picked us up to go back to the hotel
There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. Everything about it was great.
Happy hour, the snacks great break with the kids, pool was great
Booking said I was getting a smoking room and it was not
Convenience near airport and my office, food nearby also. Rooms were mostly quiet.
I had no idea the entire place was gutted out and under construction. There was no pool available and it smelled like a construction site as well.
The suite was excellent. Good separation of bed room and sitting/separate sleeping area. Bathroom was fine. Not particularly large but nice enough. Breakfast was good but very busy. There was a long wait just to get coffee and juice.
I wish I had known that the atrium area was under construction. This was one of the attractions of the hotel when I booked it.
Overall, a beautiful facility with professional and courteous staff. The 2 room suite worked perfectly for our family of 5. The pool and hot tub were lovely.
There were not enough elevators for the size of the building, and staff apologized saying this is something that is going to be addressed with a major remodeling effort at the end of this year.
In the center of big attractions, Mall of america, minnesota zoo, como, zoo and many restaurants near by. Great breakfast and adult drinks in the evening:)
Beds are full size
The room that we has reserved was not available, because the hotel had overbooked. I had already prepaid, so I didn't get any compensation. We had reserved 2 queen beds non-snoking, and ended up in a handicapped room with 1 king. And, ended up
beautiful décor in entrance and main area with fountain is awesome. open ceiling, picture perfect
no coffee filters in room for early risers. large glass doors open for entire facility to see in your room, too expensive, free breakfast but not that great, not really kid friendly, for a room that holds 6 we only had 2 towels. walk to pool views the café were everyone can you watch you in your bathing suit.
The breakfast was great. Also liked the sauna. Plenty of room for a family of 4 in the room.
Seemed like the front desk staff was not very interested in helping guest.
Great value for adult an 23 yr old son - 2 rooms for the price of one, excellent breakfast. We stay here every year for the annual farm party.
Elevators were slow because staff uses them in the morning. Tolerable though.
